Wonderful Flavor - Smooth Texture

We live in Texas and have received Decatur Dairy cheeses for several years from friends in Brodhead and have always been very pleased. This year there was a special surprise in the form of Colby-Swiss. We really liked this cheese. It has a wonderfully mild cheese flavor and a very smooth texture. We will be ordering more throughout the year.
